Hey, I'm Camryn!

ABOUT ME

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m out making memories with my little family—my husband and our adventure-loving dog, Yogi. We’re usually chasing whatever direction the wind blows us, whether that’s a sunset hike, a day spent fly fishing, or exploring somewhere new. One of my proudest accomplishments was completing the John Muir Trail, a 2.5-week journey that deepened my love for the outdoors and California’s jaw-dropping scenery. I’m originally from Florida, so mountains and rugged coastlines still feel like magic—and I’m doing my best to soak it all in. When I’m not out in nature, there’s a good chance you’ll find me at Alta or Ad Astra grabbing a lil sweet treat, or sipping the best latte in town from Acme Coffee Roasting Company.
How I got Started in Photography
I started photography with a simple goal: to capture the landscapes of the places I traveled. You can buy all the souvenirs in the world, but nothing lasts like a photo—the kind that brings you right back to a feeling, a place, a moment.
Over time, I started turning my lens toward the people I love. I began photographing my family in the beautiful places we shared together, and from there, it naturally grew into capturing memories for friends, too. It was never about perfect poses—it was about real connection and meaningful moments.
Later on, when my now-husband and I got engaged, we knew we didn’t want a conventional wedding. We wanted to be somewhere that felt like us—our favorite place, just the two of us, focused on cherishing each other. We got married in Big Sur, before we even knew we’d end up moving to Monterey. It all came full circle.
Now, I pour that same intention into my work with others—capturing your story in the places you love most. Whether it's the coast, the mountains, or somewhere that holds a special piece of your heart, I’m here to document those honest, fleeting moments you’ll want to hold onto forever.
Let’s create something that lasts longer than a souvenir.
