Wedding & Elopement Checklist
If you are a type A person like myself, a checklist for your wedding day will take some of the stress off you for when the time gets closer. To make it even more simple, I've provided a printable version at the bottom of this page.
- Book your vendors:
- Photographers
- Florist
- Makeup artist/Hair stylist
- Videographer,
- Book your venue
- DJ
- Officiant
- Caterer
- Lodging
- Rental Car Service
- Baker, etc.
- Suit/Dress
- Accessories: Vail, Perfume, Shoes, Tie, Invites, photos of members not able to make it, Jewelry, and anything that is important to capture
- Items to remember your family by (letters, photos, etc.) and anything else you want to include in your day :)
- DON'T forget these items:
- Marriage license (you have to obtain before your Big Moment)
- Vows if you are planning on reading them during this time
- Rings
- Permits
- Jacket / shawl / layers (Big Sur gets cold fast)
- Pick up or have dropped off: Florals (include loose florals for detail photos), cake, coordinate with other vendors to make sure timelines are matching up
- Download offline maps (if traveling)
- Share emergency contacts with me
- Share playlist with me (If eloping)
- Share gatecodes, hotel locations along with room number/name with your vendors that are meeting you
- Have details set aside if you are having them photographed
